Working Relationships

3.1 Teamwork

Working well in a team on a film set is crucial. If the team works well then it speeds up the whole production process and is also an important part of getting more jobs. If a team does not work well together then it will be a lot harder to make decisions and act quickly. A production team on set must also be able to make the subject that they are filming feel at ease and relaxed at all times by talking naturally to them and making it clear to them what is happening throughout the day.
